Dedicated technical sales consultant
We’re unique in that we assign a technical sales consultant, who coordinates implementation. The technical sales consultant contacts you after the initial sales call to discuss technical requirements and the installation process. Having this in-house resource saves you time and money by eliminating the need to hire a third party to configure and install your services and cutting the implementation time in half—from an average of 90-120 days to 45-60 days.
Easy set-up with minimal downtime
Within 48 hours of the technical consultation, the technical sales consultant physically surveys your site’s technical environment. AT&T then mails you the router and remotely installs and tests the T1 circuits that enable your service. Finally, the technical sales consultant returns to your office on the “test and turn up” date to configure and install your equipment and to activate your service.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction throughout the lifetime of your service. We manage your billing and services for the first six months. Afterward, we continue to manage the billing and any new products you may add. If you have any issues or if your needs change, we’re here to help—any time.
